How do I start therapy?

Starting therapy is easy. Simply contact my office and we will set up a time to meet. During our first session will be going over what issues you are currently dealing with. After that, we will work together to get you over adversity.

How long is a therapy session?

Typically, my therapy sessions last about 50min.

How long should I go to therapy?

This depends on the person. Some people only need therapy for a few months while others need to attend therapy for years. Each individual is different, and It’s my mission to help my client’s eventually leave therapy and live a life without needing it.

How often should I go to therapy?

This is different from person-to-person. Typically, people attend therapy once a week. However, for those who have been going to therapy for a while, they might only come in once a month. While those who are in more severe circumstances attend twice a week.

What insurance do you accept?

Yes, I accept insurance from most providers. If your insurance is not listed, you can call your provider to see if they will reimburse you for paying out-of-pocket.

What if I don’t have insurance?

That’s no problem at all. I charge $100/ 50-minute for those who do not have insurance or do not want to use their insurance. Sliding scale fees are available
